I've been living, shopping and getting lousy service in the Deep South for most of my life. I still don't understand how anyone can continue to patronize locations with mediocre or just down right bad service, bad products and bad prices.
It all comes down to the Customer Service Pyramid....Fast - Good - Cheap...According to the experts you can get 2 out of 3, but never, ever, ever all 3 at the same time.
Well, I want and deserve all 3. So let the search begin....
